QA Test Lead, Specialist

• Define and evolve the Quality Assurance strategy for products and projects; • Structure processes, activities, and quality standards for new products and regression validations; • Lead initiatives to advance and promote a quality-first culture across teams; • Work together with the QA Manager to set priorities related to test automation and regression testing; • Define metrics, indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to monitor product quality; • Improve test automation frameworks and AI-based solutions to increase productivity and quality; • Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and tools; • Adapt and enhance test management and control tools according to project needs; • Guide technical and cross-functional teams on software quality best practices; • Support the definition of functional, non-functional, performance, and load testing strategies; • Ensure governance of quality processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in Quality Assurance architecture and leadership;
- Experience defining and evolving testing strategies;
- Knowledge of testing processes and software quality principles;
- Experience with test automation;
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to Software Quality;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Knowledge of functional, regression, load, and performance testing;
- Experience with Gherkin;
- Knowledge of Git;
- Experience with Postman;
- Knowledge of IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM) or equivalent test management tools;
- Experience defining and tracking quality metrics and KPIs;
- Experience creating dashboards and management reports;
- Experience evolving automation frameworks using Artificial Intelligence;
- Experience in large corporate environments;
- Experience driving transformation and implementing a quality-focused culture;
- Experience in QA process modernization projects;
