Enterprise Sales Account Manager – HCLS DACH

• Design, build and execute the revenue strategy within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem • Collaborate closely with product teams to develop and package healthcare specific solutions • Develop a successful partnership with the pharma, biotech and life science organizations outlining mutual performance objectives, targets, and breakthroughs associated with a successful relationship • Lead and support sales execution in partnership with our regional sales teams • Discover, develop and nurture key customers relationships/Light House Accounts • Engage, enable, and energize channel sales teams including global system integrators, public cloud service providers to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives in a win-win-win situation • Support sales critical issues, partner/channel conflicts and related business issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience
- 8+ overall years of sales or business development experience in pharmaceutical, genomics and life sciences technology with demonstrated ability running an overlay sales organization
- Deep understanding of applications and workflows bringing to bear Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI
- Strong relationships in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through the healthcare life science ecosystem
- Possess a DACH client contact base, deep domain expertise, and sales and buying practices
- Shown success of building positive partnerships with large organizations
- Consistent track record of sales execution overachievement
- Confirmed ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organization
- Experience with leading and closing sophisticated deal negotiations and alliances
- Knowledge of enterprise computing software and services pricing strategies, channel economics, and hybrid computing platforms both on-prem and cloud offerings
- Relevant experience related to global partnerships and establishing joint sales models and metrics.

• Support Comcast Business Services in retaining and growing existing customer base • Act as a business partner to existing customers via phone • Enhance customer satisfaction through regular contact and problem resolution • Conduct biannual account reviews • Prepare sales documentation for advanced products
Role Description The Account Manager must be familiar with and understand the various aspects of funding and accounting for defined benefit pension plans including a general knowledge of IRS funding regulations. Excellent math and analytical skills are required. - Single Employer Funding Valuations: Code valuation software (including new plans, plan amendments, life insurance and assumption changes). Reconcile assets and life insurance, calculate contribution requirements, prepare valuation reports and government filings including Form 5500 & PBGC submissions. - Benefit Calculations: Prepare benefit calculations and RMDs based on the plan provisions, IRS Rules, and actuarial factors. - Non-Discrimination Testing: Analyze data and perform 410(b) minimum coverage tests, 401(a)(26) participation tests and 401(a)(4) general tests. - Special Projects: Prepare plan amendments, cost/funding projections, and assist with plan terminations in coordination with PBGC. Qualifications - College degree required. - Five or more years of pension experience. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Word skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication and time management skills. Requirements - Experience with Datair software. - Experience with ftwilliam.com for plan documents, 5500s, and PBGC Filings. - Experience working with life insurance policies held inside pension plans. - 412(e) plan experience. - ASPPA designations.
