Sr. PBM Client Implementation Project Manager

Role Description Manage the entire client onboarding project for implementation, main contact for the client. - Conduct the client benefit discussions with all parties and ensure client sign-off for their benefit intent forms. - Coordinate efforts with internal departments for the creation of formulary, specialty products, and pharmacy networks. - Coordinate formulary/specialty disruption analysis to impacted membership. - Work with Operations and Functional leaders to proactively identify implementation issues and drive their resolution. - Develop and present presentations for new business customer finalist presentations with Sales. - Facilitate meetings at various levels of the organization, including management weekly reviews. - Monitor, track, and report implementation status and performance, internally and to the client. - Identify implementation risks, implement a mitigation/action plan, and drive improved outcomes, communicating to senior leadership. - Manage the implementation of pharmacy benefit plans for all direct business market types. - Ensure accuracy of plan updates and missed deliverables from all teams. - Manage pre-implementation audits with the audit department and the client. - Ability to mentor other team members within Implementation. - 20-25% travel. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management. - 2+ years in a Client Facing role. - 2+ years of Implementation project management experience or account management for new or existing client implementations. - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Solid experience in influencing externally with soft power, driving cross-functional collaboration, and negotiating win-win solutions. - Proven ability to present to all levels of management and audiences. - Proven ability to ascertain client needs through active listening skills and consultatively work with clients to achieve business objectives. - Proven effective skills for navigating and driving results across operations, network, and clinical domains in a highly complex, matrix environment. Requirements - PMP Certification (preferred). - Certified Pharmacy Technician (preferred). - Experience managing complex projects with various stakeholders (preferred). - Proficiency with Microsoft Project (preferred). Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. - 2+ years of project management experience preferred. - Professional Services delivery experience, including scope and financial management. - Clinical Trial Industry, EDC/Database implementation, Data Management, and/or Biostatistical and Programming Services knowledge preferred. - Interest in PMP Certification.
