As a Technical Lead for the Functional Salesforce Architecture & CRM team, you will help turn high-value business opportunities into adopted solutions. Your work will connect AI, CRM, data, and integration capabilities to practical outcomes for the business. This is a cross-cutting role between business strategy and AI technology delivery. You will partner with business leaders and technology teams to move ideas from discovery to pilot and production. Success depends on adoption, workflow impact, user trust, data quality, reliable integrations, and scalable execution across Prologis. Key Responsibilities Include: - Lead cross-business initiatives: - Guide AI-enabled CRM and workflow work from discovery through rollout. - Keep teams focused on business value and measurable outcomes. - Frame AI opportunities: - Identify where AI can improve business workflows. - Bifurcate high-value use cases from ideas better solved through process changes. - Translate needs into delivery plans: - Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflow designs, and rollout plans. - Make complex work easier to execute. - Shape AI design patterns: - Help define practical approaches for CRM workflow agents, Customer Intelligence and Insights, CRM search and retrieval, tool calling, and prompt patterns. - Support responsible AI: - Ensure CRM related AI solutions use the right level of evaluation, guardrails, human review, governance, and feedback loops. - Guide CRM and platform design: - Connect Salesforce and CRM decisions to the surrounding data, reporting, AI, and integration landscape. - Align design choices to scalable delivery. - Coordinate delivery: - Keep business and technology stakeholders aligned on scope, risks, dependencies, data readiness, and change needs. - Remove blockers early. - Build repeatable practices: - Codify lessons into playbooks, templates, enablement materials, and reusable solution patterns. Qualifications - 7+ years in technical leadership or enterprise technology delivery, with relevant experience in Salesforce, CRM, AI, data, or digital transformation. - Experience owning initiatives that connect business priorities to process design, systems, integrations, delivery, and adoption. - Strong understanding of generative AI and agentic workflows. - Experience with complex Salesforce or CRM multi-module instances and adjacent data, reporting, API, automation, or AI capabilities. - Ability to facilitate discovery, document decisions, and bring structure to complex or evolving business needs. - Able to engage business leaders and technical teams with clarity. - Comfort balancing innovation with quality, risk, user trust, and long-term scalability. - Experience piloting and scaling AI capabilities such as workflow assistants, AI-driven intelligence, automation, or decision support. - Hands-on exposure to Snowflake, Customer Data Platform design and implementation, data governance, data quality, or integration design. - Experience creating standards, playbooks, templates, communities of practice, or enablement materials. - Interest and experience in turning ideas into demonstrable prototypes within a measure of days, then evaluating and iterating. Requirements - Background in logistics real estate or adjacent B2B operations (preferred). - Experience working with extended teams for scaling development, both onshore and offshore (preferred).
