Role Description Reiser & Company is an international supplier of food processing and food packaging equipment. Our ongoing growth in the bakery industry has created an opening for a Bakery Specialist. Our mission is to sell commercial baking equipment by providing our customers with truly superior service. This position will work closely with our customers to ensure that our equipment is properly installed and working correctly. Additional responsibilities include: - Manipulating customer recipes - Formulating and reformulating dough - Identifying potential new customers - Supporting the sales team as a Bakery Expert at key customer meetings Qualifications - Recent prior experience working as a baker or in research and development of bakery products, preferably in large scale commercial/industrial settings - Prior experience as a scratch baker; must know how to formulate and reformulate dough - Understanding of bakery manufacturing and a passion for the industry - Ability to learn and understand the machinery used in the bakery - Excellent networking skills and the ability to be comfortable in plants and headquarters to develop key relationships - Sales-oriented self-starter who understands the entire sales process - Ability to converse comfortably and effectively with people at all organizational levels - Clear communication skills with sales team and home office, both written and verbal - Based in a major US City in the Central USA (Kansas City, St Louis, Indianapolis or equivalent) Requirements - This position may be worked remotely but requires proximity to a major airport - Bakery knowledge and an understanding of high production bakeries - Ability to travel 60-80% overnight during the week (Monday to Friday) throughout the Central United States - Outgoing personality and a willingness to support Reiser Sales Team - Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and multi-task - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all organizational levels - Previous sales experience would be an asset - Accuracy and attention to detail are essential - Basic computer skills a must - Bachelor's Degree or Post Secondary School education relating to Bakery Science or Pastry Arts or American Institute of Baking Certification or equivalent highly desirable

Role Description As a Medical Billing Specialist, you are the bridge between patient care and accurate reimbursement. Every encounter that happens in our clinics depends on your work being done right, the first time. You’ll take clinical visit data and turn it into clean, accurate claims across multiple systems, ensuring payers receive the right information and issues are resolved quickly when they don’t. This is a high-volume, detail-critical role where accuracy, speed, and ownership directly impact both patient access and organizational performance. You’ll report to our Senior Manager of Billing and work alongside a team of Medical Billing Specialists. Location: Remote within the U.S.; preference for those located in Eastern or Central time zones. Role Description Under the direction of the Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Management, the Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all assigned claims. This role includes: - Promptly addressing daily correspondence from physician practices. - Reviewing and appealing insurance claim denials. - Following up on aged claims. - Taking necessary steps to resolve all claim issues or questions that escalate to the RCM team, including Salesforce case management.
