• Marketplace Management: Du betreibst und optimierst unsere Amazon-Präsenz (DE/AT) eigenverantwortlich – von Seller Central über FBA bis zu Account Health und Case Management. • Marketplace-Expansion: Du bringst MATO auf neue Marktplätze wie Otto, OBI oder Kaufland – vom Account-Setup über das Kategorie-Mapping bis zum erfolgreichen Launch. • Advertising: Du steuerst und entwickelst unsere Marktplatz-Werbung weiter (Sponsored Products, Brands & Display) und baust diese auf neuen Kanälen mit auf. • Content & Listings: Du erstellst verkaufsstarke Listings – Keyword-Recherche, Titel, Bullets, A+ Content und Brand Store. • Produktdaten-Ownership: Du verantwortest unsere Produktdaten in Shopify (Produkte, Collections, Metafelder) und das Feed-Management (z. B. Channable), über das wir künftig alle Marktplätze ausspielen. • Preise, Aktionen & Compliance: Du planst Deals, Coupons und Aktionen (Prime Day, Black Friday), behältst den Wettbewerb im Blick und hältst unsere Listings rechtlich sauber – von der Preisdarstellung bis zu Energielabels und GPSR. • Reporting: Du trackst wöchentlich die wichtigsten Kanal-KPIs (Umsatz, TACOS, Conversion, Buy Box) mit unserem Analytics-Tool Sellerfox und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
Job Requirements
- Marketplace-Profi: Du bringst 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketplace-Management mit – vor allem mit Amazon (Seller Central, FBA) – und weißt, wie man Accounts und Listings erfolgreich betreibt.
- Performance-Denken: Du hast Amazon-Ads-Kampagnen selbst gesteuert und entlang klarer KPIs (ACOS/TACOS) optimiert – nicht nur beobachtet.
- Tool-Stack: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Shopify (Produktdaten, Collections, Metafelder). Erfahrung mit Feed-Tools wie Channable, Tradebyte oder JTL ist ein starkes Plus.
- Datengetriebene Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert und detailorientiert, Excel/Sheets sind für dich Werkzeug statt Hürde – und saubere, vollständige Produktdaten sind für dich Ehrensache.
- Neugierde & Technologie-Affinität: Du hast Lust, mit modernen Tools zu arbeiten – von unserem Analytics-Tool Sellerfox bis zu KI-Workflows.

Role Description Our customer is an international health products company headquartered in the United States. The client has been on the market for over 30 years. Annual revenue is more than $1.5b and keeps growing. They use an e-commerce platform with multi-level marketing to distribute their products, which has a lot of users around the world.
