Senior Marketing Manager, Communications

Polarise

• Manage all corporate communications activities: press inquiries, statements, interview briefings, Q&As, and background information. • Continuously expand our network of trade media and journalists in the fields of technology, cloud, data centers, and AI. • Develop and refine our brand story around AI data centers and Sovereign AI and translate it into clear messaging. • Responsible for the content of our website communication (structure, copy, case studies, FAQs). • Work closely with Product, Sales, and external partners to deliver strategic content. • Conceptualize and create key assets in collaboration with our designers, including company decks, sales presentations, one-pagers, factsheets, and materials for customers, policymakers, and the media. • Plan and create strategic content for all channels together with colleagues from across the company. • Manage external service providers (e.g., PR agencies), including briefings, quality control, timelines, and budgets.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in brand and corporate communications, ideally in a B2B technology, infrastructure, or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent writing skills in German and very good English proficiency.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to excel in communication.
  • Experience working with media and journalists; an existing network within the DACH tech ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in using common marketing tools (e.g., CMS, newsletter tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms, design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) as well as standard office applications.
  • Ability to combine strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.

Role Description The Communications Associate will assist in the planning, development, and execution of Care Center and clinician communications initiatives. The candidate must possess an organized, flexible, thoughtful, and creative approach to communicating Privia’s mission to our clinician practices and employees. They will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically, be a reliable, proactive communicator, and collaborate with all teams at various levels of the company.
