• Develop and support technical capabilities to strengthen incident response and cyber resiliency • Monitor alerts and analyze suspicious activity • Provide incident response to security threats • Perform technical investigations using endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and log data • Assist in the development and maintenance of SIEM, EDR, alerting, detection content, and response procedures • Evaluate and support cybersecurity tools and technical capabilities • Document investigative findings and incident actions • Participate in tabletop exercises and incident simulations • Collaborate with other departments to support incident management activities • Monitor emerging threats and recommend improvements

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality web applications and services that support Storesight’s business operations and product roadmap. • Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and systems, optimizing for performance, maintainability, and reliability. • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot custom integrations, APIs, and applications across the full stack. • Research, evaluate, and resolve complex software and system problems, implementing durable fixes rather than quick patches. • Identify and address technical debt, and continuously improve engineering tooling, processes, and standards. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, helping them grow their skills and deliver high-quality work. • Drive code reviews, champion engineering best practices, and uphold a high standard of code quality across the team. • Contribute to technical planning, estimation, and prioritization to ensure project milestones are met. • Help define and document engineering standards, patterns, and architectural decisions. • Work closely with product owners and other engineers to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans. • Partner across teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions aligned with business objectives. • Participate in programming, testing, and release activities for assigned projects. • Act as a senior troubleshooter for a variety of system problems, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of production issues.
