Job Description

(Senior) IT Operations Engineer

Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG

Role Description As IT Operations Engineer (gn), you'll help shape the shift from reactive, support-driven operations to standardised, cloud-based and largely automated processes. You'll work in a Cloud-Only environment built on Microsoft 365 and Azure, with real impact on the stability, security and scalability of our IT. - You standardise, develop and automate IT operations processes in our Cloud-Only environment, actively driving the transformation forward. - You plan, implement and operate complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations – including SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC and access reviews. - You own incident, problem and change management based on ITIL principles with a clear SLA focus, analysing issues at the root rather than treating symptoms. - You handle IT security incidents, lead incident response activities (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) and collaborate closely with our SOC. - You further develop our UEM/MDM setup using Intune across Windows, iOS and macOS – including software distribution and policy management. Qualifications - You bring solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure). - You have a strong understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem and change management and work in a structured, solution-oriented way. - You have experience in IT security operations and incident response – EDR, M365 Defender and the Compliance Center are familiar territory for you. - You have a strong hands-on mindset, take ownership early and hit the ground running. - Experience with IT process automation (scripting, workflow automation, M365 automations) or first exposure to AI-supported functions is a plus. - You have an advanced command of German (C1 level) and are fluent in English (B2 level). Benefits - You are part of our growth journey and can actively contribute to shaping processes and your own career path. - Work where you are most productive: maximum flexibility supported by our modern flex-time model and Workation Policy. - We value open communication, honest feedback and collaboration at eye level. - Through Probonio, you receive a monthly €50 voucher of your choice – plus €60 annually for your birthday. - Strong conditions for your company pension scheme plus capital-forming benefits. - And of course, you can lease up to two bicycles or e-bikes through us. - We view diversity as an enrichment to our team. That’s why we welcome all applications and especially encourage people with disabilities or other challenges to apply.
