Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager

• You will independently lead clinical projects in accordance with the study budget and scope of work. • Use your strong interpersonal and organizational skills to set and achieve objectives in the execution of the projects; both contracted objectives and financial objectives. • Serve as the primary point-of-contact liaison with the client to provide excellent customer service, including participation in proposal activities and client presentations. • Liaise with Project Team and senior management of both Precision and sponsors, including C level. • Handle and lead all aspects of a clinical research trial or trials. • Total project management for all functional areas including data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring and biostatistics, etc. • Prepare project status updates for clients and management; identifying key deliverables and performance metrics of success and escalation. • Serve as an active member of the Project Team with the goal to contribute towards efficient management and execution of trials. • Prepare and reviews protocols and other study documentation such as project plans, inform consents, site contracts and budgets.
Job Requirements
- Degree or similar related life science qualification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a full service/global Project Management role working in the CRO industry is essential.
- Extensive experience working within Clinical Operations position within a CRO, and at least 4 years full service Project Management experience in a clinical trial setting working for a Clinical Research Organisation.
- Experience managing studies within Oncology
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
- Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays.
- Be able to communicate effectively in the English language both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and software experience (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
- Proven ability to develop positive working relationships with individual and teams internally and externally.
- Demonstrated core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities as it relates to the execution of a clinical development plan.

Role Description The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is a clinical education role focused on internal and external clinical and educational support. This role also supports broader company revenue growth goals via customer support and education. The CAS position will be responsible for providing training and education to new and existing Sentec users and will work closely with the field sales and marketing organization to support new hire and ongoing sales training and development. Expectations of the role include on-site and virtual education, training and CE and non-CE Presentations, and in-person state and potential national society presentations. - Acts as the subject matter expert for the use of our products in our key market segments to support company revenue growth goals. - Collaborates with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education (curriculum, process/tools, and programs). - Develops a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulates the clinical & economic value proposition. - Participates in product evaluations and installations. - Assesses needs and ensures comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products, including maintenance and troubleshooting that addresses all members of the clinical team. - Provides education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts. This is a remote position (home-based in the Greater LA area) with the ability to travel overnight (60%+) and work flexible hours. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience. - Current RRT license is required. - Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred. - Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred. - Existing in-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred. - Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials. - Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing.
