• Support the Cost Segregation Tax team by assisting with the preparation, organization, and coordination of tax-related deliverables • Execute assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while building foundational knowledge in tax compliance, cost segregation processes, and 3115 filings • Maintain organized workflows and ensure documentation completeness • Contribute to high-quality deliverables • Assist with the preparation of Form 3115 and related tax documentation • Gather, organize, and upload client and CPA-provided documents • Perform basic review of documentation for completeness and accuracy • Assist with tracking project status and ensuring documentation is up to date • Help identify missing information and escalate as needed • Monitor shared inboxes and respond or route inquiries appropriately • Track status of 3115 projects and assist with updates in project management systems (Zoho, portal, etc.) • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating communications with clients and internal teams • Maintain organized project files and ensure proper document storage • Run basic reports and exports from internal systems • Assist in tracking which projects are ready for completion vs. pending information • Support cleanup initiatives (e.g., identifying outdated or duplicate projects) • Help update project statuses and maintain data accuracy • Provide status updates when requested by clients or internal stakeholders • Notify appropriate parties when deliverables are completed • Escalate urgent or time-sensitive matters to senior team members • Support follow-up on outstanding requests for information (RFIs) • Assist with documenting processes and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency • Support special projects and team initiatives as assigned • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, operations, and AR

Role Description This position is located in Ithaca, New York. The successful candidate will have the option to perform this role remotely at a location of their choosing within the United States.
