Role Description Gemeinsam mit dem deutschen Entwicklungsteam treibst Du den Aus- und Aufbau unseres Erneuerbaren Energieportfolios in Deutschland in allen Entwicklungsstufen und Technologien voran. Deine Aufgaben beinhalten insbesondere: - Projektbegleitung - Gestaltung, Verhandlung und Prüfung von Verträgen in allen Wind-, Solar-, BESS- und Hybridprojekten (Grundstückskauf- oder Pachtverträge, Dienstleistungsverträge, EPC-Verträge, Kooperationsverträge) mit Grundstückseigentümern, Behörden, Projektpartnern und Dienstleistern. - Genehmigungs- & Verwaltungsrecht - Prüfung und rechtliche Begleitung von Bau- und immissionsschutzrechtlichen Genehmigungsverfahren von Wind-, Solar- oder BESS-Projekten. - Beratung zu EEG, EnWG, BauGB, BImSchG und weiteren relevanten Gesetzen. - Unterstützung bei Einspruchs- und Klageverfahren gegen behördliche Entscheidungen. - Corporate und Project Finance - Rechtliche Unterstützung beim Verkauf oder Kauf von Projekten und Projektrechten, dem dazugehörigen Due Diligence Prozess und bei der Projekt- und Unternehmensfinanzierung (Sicherheiten, Darlehensverträge etc.). - Vertragsgestaltung von Joint Venture- oder anderen gesellschaftsrechtlichen Verträgen. - Corporate Housekeeping (z.B. Vorbereiten von Gesellschafterbeschlüssen oder Gründung von Projektgesellschaften). Qualifications - Volljurist*in (all genders) - Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Energierecht, idealerweise in Unternehmen, Behörde oder Kanzlei. - Erfahrungen, bzw. fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Windenergie, öffentliches Baurecht, Vertragsgestaltung und/oder Gesellschaftsrecht sind von Vorteil. - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Arbeitsweise. Requirements Für diese Position beginnt das fixe Bruttojahresgehalt bei 73.000,00€. Unabhängig vom oben genannten Grundgehalt können je nach Position, Mitarbeiterstufe und den geltenden Unternehmensrichtlinien zusätzliche Leistungen gewährt werden. About the Role We're looking for a versatile, business-minded lawyer to join Betterment's legal team as Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial.
