Job Summary Micron Technology seeks an RTL design engineer to develop digital blocks from specification through RTL implementation with strong emphasis on power-efficient, implementation-aware building. In this role, you will work hands-on with synthesis and timing/power analysis tools to develop power, performance, and area (PPA) trade-offs. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve the quality of advanced flash memory products. Responsibilities - Develop and implement RTL for digital and mixed-signal blocks using System Verilog. - Perform front-end quality checks including lint, CDC/RDC, synthesis, UPF, and timing QoR. - Design power- and area-efficient RTL with a focus on reducing switching activity, clock power, and leakage. - Complete RTL- and gate-level power and timing evaluation to identify and resolve PPA bottlenecks. - Collaborate with verification, synthesis, and physical design teams to achieve timing closure and design targets. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of pre-silicon RTL design experience or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience. - Experience developing RTL for complex digital IP from specification through implementation handoff. - Hands-on experience with ASIC low-power methodologies including UPF-based power intent and CDC/RDC analysis. - Strong understanding of ASIC front-end flows including RTL design, synthesis, and static timing analysis. - Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and industry-standard simulation tools. Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with RTL and gate-level power analysis using tools such as Design Compiler and PrimeTime. - Understanding of low-power design techniques including clock gating, power gating, and multi-voltage designs. - Experience collaborating across RTL, verification, synthesis/STA, and physical design teams. - Familiarity with CMOS digital and mixed-signal circuit concepts and their system-level trade-offs. - Experience with memory or high-performance digital build is preferred. • Review customer RFQs, technical drawings, and BOMs • Identify suitable suppliers based on manufacturing process, capability, and capacity • Speak directly with manufacturers (CNC, sheet metal, fabrication, casting, molding, etc.) • Assess supplier strengths, quality standards, lead times, and pricing logic • Support onboarding and vetting of new manufacturing partners • Help execute Trustbridge’s manufacturing expansion strategy in India and Southeast Asia • Map regional manufacturing capabilities and cost structures • Build long-term supplier relationships through consistent communication • Identify real-world pain points in RFQ review, quoting, and supplier coordination • Share structured feedback with product and design teams • Assist with setting up operational tools (CRM entries, RFQ tracking, supplier databases) • Act as a coordination point between customers, suppliers, and internal teams • Communicate clearly with global stakeholders via calls and email • Support supplier outreach and partnership initiatives

• Join our team to support the delivery of complex projects within the nuclear and safety-critical industries. • Focus on the detailed design and specification of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. • Responsible for transforming high-level safety, functional, and operational requirements into robust engineering designs. • Work closely with systems engineers, safety specialists, and cybersecurity experts. • Maintain end-to-end traceability between system requirements, detailed designs, and vendor deliverables. • Develop high-quality engineering design packages for software and hardware development teams. • Support the development of verification and validation strategies.
