Role Description As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving scalable, high-performance applications across modern cloud-based environments. We are looking for a strong engineer with solid experience in backend development using .NET and C#, combined with modern frontend development using React. Qualifications - 5–8+ years of professional software development experience building production-grade applications. - Strong experience in full stack / end-to-end development. - Solid expertise in C# and modern .NET development (.NET 6/7/8 preferred). - Strong frontend development experience with React. - Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. - Good understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures. - Hands-on experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus is a plus. - Experience working with SQL databases, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. - Exposure to AI-related technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, LangChain, or prompt engineering is highly desirable. - Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications is a strong plus. - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including Clean Code, testing strategies, and scalable architecture design. - Ability to work independently in fast-paced and collaborative environments. - Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). Requirements - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET. - Build and enhance modern frontend applications using React. - Develop end-to-end full stack solutions with focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes. - Optimize application and database performance through troubleshooting and tuning. - Integrate cloud-native and AI-powered capabilities into existing and new applications. - Work with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. - Contribute to modernization and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization. - Ensure code quality, reliability, security, and scalability through engineering best practices.
