Role Description Du unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen direkt bei der Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten des EU-Konformitätsbewertungsverfahrens (CE-Kennzeichnung) mit Fokus auf die Bereiche Maschinenbau, Elektrogeräte und Verbraucherprodukte. Wir suchen nach langfristiger Zusammenarbeit. Wir haben das Ziel dich nach abgeschlossenem Studium dauerhaft und fest anzustellen. Wir wurden gegründet im süddeutschen Raum, sind aber vollständig digital und somit geografisch unabhängig. Wir leben „work from home“ zu 100%. - Du erstellst Produktanalysen zur Ermittlung und Festlegung der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung und der Produkteigenschaften und erstellst und optimierst Arbeits- und Handlungsanweisungen. - Du führst Rechtsgrundlagenrecherche zur Ermittlung der zutreffenden EU-Richtlinien und Normen sowie Risikoanalysen zur Ermittlung und Bewertung der Gefahren in allen Lebensphasen des Produktes durch. - Du definierst und legst Sicherheitskonzepte und risikomindernde Maßnahmen fest und ermittelst Performancelevels für sicherheitsgerichtete Steuerungsfunktionen. - Du koordinierst, begleitest und wertest Messungen und Prüfungen aus und überprüfst und erstellst Bedienungs- und Betriebsanleitungen auf Grundlage der Anforderungen aus den EU-Richtlinien und Normen. - Du hast nach etwas Einarbeitungszeit die Möglichkeit, bei Kundenbesuchen für die Datenaufnahme, Seminare und Sonstiges dabei zu sein. Qualifications - Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Ingenieurs- oder Naturwissenschaften (z.B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Physik) oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang begonnen und bestenfalls eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich. - Du bringst eine hohe IT-Affinität, gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und eventuell sogar Kenntnisse mit fachspezifischer Software (z.B. 3D-CAD, Sistema) mit. - Du zeichnest dich durch ein gutes Auffassungsvermögen, technisches Verständnis sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent aus und arbeitest lösungs- und kundenorientiert, sorgfältig, strukturiert, selbständig und eigenverantwortlich und hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative. - Du bist motiviert, teamfähig, offen für die Anfragen der Kollegen bzw. Kunden, neugierig und hast ein schnelles Verständnis für neue Bereiche und Problemfelder, hast ein überzeugendes Auftreten auf allen Gesprächsebenen mit Durchsetzungsstärke und bist offen für Reisetätigkeiten und die Arbeit mit Richtlinien und Normen. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab. Role Description The Compliance Analyst supports Health Gorilla’s compliance program by helping ensure adherence to TEFCA, HIPAA, information blocking regulations, data governance requirements, and other federal and state healthcare regulations. The role works closely with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data teams to monitor compliance, conduct investigations, support audits, and identify compliance risks across Health Gorilla’s interoperability platforms.
