Role Description Als Operations Finance Manager (all genders) bei Glow25 baust du ein modernes Controlling für unsere Lieferkette auf und agierst als Business Partner für das Operations Management Team. - Übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Vorratsbewertung und entwickelst das Inventory Controlling kontinuierlich weiter. - Baust Transparenz über Bestände, Warenbewegungen und deren finanziellen Einfluss auf. - Analysierst zentrale Supply-Chain- und Operations-KPIs wie Bestände, COGS, Logistikkosten und Forecast Accuracy. - Agierst als Business Partner für Operations, Supply Chain und Procurement und bringst finanzielle Perspektiven in operative Entscheidungen ein. - Unterstützt bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und der operativen Finanzplanung. - Baust Dashboards, Reportingstrukturen und KPIs auf und entwickelst sie weiter. - Erstellst Business Cases für operative Entscheidungen, zum Beispiel zu Lieferanten, Logistikstrukturen oder Bestandsstrategien. - Identifizierst Kosten- und Working-Capital-Optimierungspotenziale entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
