Scheduling Coordinator – Home Care Operations

Tandem Diabetes Care

• Coordinate and adjust caregiver schedules throughout the day • Process same-day schedule changes and new care requests • Respond to caregiver and client phone calls, texts, and Teams messages • Manage caregiver call-outs and secure replacement coverage • Monitor caregiver arrivals and visit check-ins • Support Targeted Care and On Demand operations throughout the afternoon and evening • Serve as backup for the Scheduling Manager during PTO and days off • Update payroll time records based on verified visit information • Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM • Collaborate closely with Care Coordinators and the Operations team to ensure seamless service

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in home care scheduling, healthcare operations, staffing, dispatch, or a similar fast-paced operations environment
  • Experience coordinating schedules and handling time-sensitive issues
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills
  • Comfort working with multiple software platforms simultaneously
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus
  • Experience with CRM and scheduling software is preferred.
