Qualifications - Over 2 years of experience in Renewals/Sales with a profound grasp of renewal processes. - Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and renewal metrics. - Proficient in forecasting; skilled in MS Office; familiarity with SFDC (Clari and Exceed a plus). - Desirable traits: Team player, adaptable, highly collaborative, and exceptionally organized. - Fluent in German and English. - Experience in the cybersecurity field is advantageous but not mandatory. Role Description This role is responsible for leading operational delivery activities across the India Professional Services project delivery business, supporting consultants delivering enterprise security implementations, migrations, upgrades and customer escalations.
