Empower Business Solutions Manager
Össur
Role Description Responsible for presenting Empower offerings to drive new sales and gain market share by providing customers with a systems solution and knowledge to manage DMEPOS in their practice. Will work with Regional Sales Managers and Area Managers to identify leads and complete the sales cycle with potential customers. Responsible for delivering sales support training, proformas, demos, partnership proposals, and contracts. This is a remote-eligible position in the following states: - AZ - AR - CA - CO - FL - GA - ID - IL - IN - IA - LA - MD - MA - MI - MN - MO - NH - NJ - NY - NC - OH - PA - RI - TN - TX - VI - WI - Washington DC Qualifications - BS or BA required with a Master’s preferred. - Knowledge of RCM and third-party insurance billing required. - Medical office environment experience preferred. - Minimum two years of DMEPOS dispensing experience. - Proven leadership ability. - Must be able to work autonomously and be a self-motivator with independent thinking. - Must be able to assist with projects within a team approach. - Excellent planning, organization, analytical, and project management skills. - Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. - Computer proficiency in CRM Software, Zoom, Power BI, PPT, Teams, OpenAI, and Outlook. - Must be skilled in Excel. Requirements - Partners with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Area Managers (AMs) to identify and qualify potential EmpowerX target accounts. - Owns and maintains EmpowerX opportunities in CRM/Salesforce, ensuring accurate stage progression, notes, and next steps. - Coordinates the development and delivery of customer proformas and Empower proposals in support of the sales process. - Leads EmpowerX sales presentations and solution demonstrations, both virtually and on-site. - Achieves or exceeds assigned quarterly and annual sales objectives for EmpowerX. - Develops and refreshes EmpowerX sales tools and collateral for the Bracing & Supports (B&S) team. - Leads EmpowerX sales onboarding and training for new hires. - Delivers ongoing education and enablement to sales teams to increase engagement and performance with EmpowerX. - Partners with Customer Success and the Application Team to support customer onboarding and successful adoption. - Manages account priorities and day-to-day activities to drive pipeline conversion. - May join and represent Össur at professional industry forums/meetings. - Submits accurate and timely reports to include expenses. - Exercises good judgment in the use of company funds. - Complies with both the spirit and letter of applicable laws and regulations. - Maintains a professional image and demeanour consistent with the image of Össur. - Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner. - Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of company data including new product information, marketing strategies, discount programs, pricing information and other business proprietary information. - Perform other duties as requested. - Adhere to Company’s safety rules. - Adhere to Company Values – Honesty – Frugality - Courage. - All employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have received general training in Quality requirements of Össur. - Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines. - Contributes to a safe working environment by maintaining own workspace and reporting any potential hazards.
