• Architect and lead the development of modular, high-performance UIs using Angular • Design and implement robust, secure business services and APIs using C# .NET • Lead development within a cloud native environment with containerized applications using Docker • Drive DevOps maturity and automation • Champion automated testing strategies to ensure high quality deliverables • Ensure compliance with secure coding practices tailored to our highly regulated environment • Participate as a key member of an agile POD • Produce Technical design documents and commented code that adheres to company coding and documentation standards • Drive innovative practices including emerging trends in AI assisted coding and agentic coding

• Support for projects related to the modernization and migration of database systems (Sybase → PostgreSQL) in a business-critical environment. • Analysis of existing applications, databases, stored procedures, and business logic to prepare the architecture for future technological changes. • Design and development of solutions based on Java and microservices architecture. • Migrating business logic from the database layer (stored procedures) to a modern application service layer. • Collaborating on system architecture and actively participating in technical decision-making. • Refactoring existing monolithic solutions and adapting them to a microservices architecture. • Collaborating with technical teams on long-term modernization and migration initiatives. • Identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies in the software development process.

• Produce high-quality, performant, and testable code that directly contributes to company-wide initiatives. • Develop using interesting technologies -- Java, Kotlin, Typescript, GraphQL, Kafka, AWS/Lambda, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and the legacy services are written in Elixir, Ruby, React. • Have significant input into technical decisions that will shape the future of our software systems. • Learn something new, whether its a new software design pattern or new initiative to push the company forward. • Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback to your peers. • Pair up with a team member to work together on features. • Deploy user-facing code to production.
