JVM Software Engineer
Inetum
• Support for projects related to the modernization and migration of database systems (Sybase → PostgreSQL) in a business-critical environment. • Analysis of existing applications, databases, stored procedures, and business logic to prepare the architecture for future technological changes. • Design and development of solutions based on Java and microservices architecture. • Migrating business logic from the database layer (stored procedures) to a modern application service layer. • Collaborating on system architecture and actively participating in technical decision-making. • Refactoring existing monolithic solutions and adapting them to a microservices architecture. • Collaborating with technical teams on long-term modernization and migration initiatives. • Identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies in the software development process.
