Role Description Manage the implementation for specific integration and all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and milestones. - Facilitate effective communication and foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and engagement across all project teams. - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with project outcomes. - Ensure seamless client onboarding and manage projects and solution deployment. - Support API integration with client development teams and collaborate with product teams to enhance features. - Configure and set up SaaS applications and drive an excellent customer experience. Qualifications - BSc/BEng in Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant field of study. Higher qualifications and/or professional certifications in a related field will be a huge plus. - 2+ years of project/solution implementation experience, including tracking and planning projects. - Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment, documentation, and gathering of requirements from the clients/businesses. - Proven experience with full product lifecycle and understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle, is essential. - Experience in Product management, Business requirement gathering & documentation, good understanding of SDLC process. - Behavioral & technical competency: Analytical skills, Data analysis, Stakeholder management, Organization skills, Time management, Written and verbal communication, and Problem-solving skills. - Knowledge and understanding of APIs and integration processes. - Product/Solution implementation experience in the financial services or technology industry (Banking, Technology or Fintech) will be an added advantage. • Serve as Viction's primary liaison with external UX/UI, design, and development partners. • Coordinate meetings, design reviews, action items, and deliverables. • Review designs for usability, completeness, and alignment with product objectives. • Clarify product requirements and coordinate issue resolution. • Coordinate interoperability efforts with Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), NextGen, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and other partners. • Gather and document interface requirements. • Evaluate APIs, FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, OAuth, and related interoperability approaches. • Support technical analysis and implementation planning. • Develop QA strategies, test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Track defects and verify issue resolution prior to release. • Evaluate automated testing tools and platforms. • Develop automated regression testing strategies. • Support testing across Web, iOS, Android, APIs, and future platforms. • Recommend CI/CD quality improvements. • Maintain product documentation and feature tracking. • Support sprint planning and release readiness. • Provide workflow analysis and product recommendations.
