Already used by more than 600 practices across North America, Marea sells its solutions to independent practices, multi-site groups and DSOs, often in partnership with key players in the dental ecosystem and practice management systems. The opportunity: Business Development Representative We are looking for a motivated, coachable, and team-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new opportunities with dental clinics, multi-site groups, and DSOs. You will often be the first point of contact with potential clients, with the goal of initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking demonstrations for the sales team. Location: Montreal (Hybrid) The salary range for this position is CAD 50,000 to CAD 60,000 per year, with uncapped commissions. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. What you will be responsible for Generate new opportunities - Conduct cold calling via telephone, email and LinkedIn to dental clinics, DSOs and specialist groups. - Make a high volume of calls, approximately 80 to 100 calls per day. - Identify the right contacts and build prospect lists aligned with our target market. Create meaningful conversations - Personalize messages to get responses from clinic owners, office managers, and decision-makers. - Follow the scripts, processes and team coaching to ensure a consistent and effective approach. - Qualify prospects and book demonstrations for Account Executives. Contributing to a growing team - Track activities, notes and next steps in the CRM. - Achieve and exceed monthly targets related to booked appointments and generated pipeline. - Share what works, what doesn't, and contribute to improving the message and prospecting methods. What we are looking for - Approximately 2 years of experience in BDR, SDR or in a similar sales role. - Comfortable with a high-volume prospecting environment, including 80 to 100 calls per day. - Strong motivation, resilience and ability to remain consistent even after several rejections. - Excellent ability to follow coaching, scripts and sales processes. - Good written and oral communication skills. - Team spirit, positive attitude and a desire to learn. - Solid organization and rigorous follow-up. Strengths - Experience in SaaS sales. - Experience with a CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or prospecting tools. - Experience in the dental, healthcare, or small business sectors.
