What you'll do: - Stay ahead of trends by monitoring social media, influencers, competitors and global fashion trends to curate products our customers will love. - Develop balanced, trend-driven product ranges across the accessories and footwear category. - Work closely with suppliers to source new products, fabrics and trims while building strong supplier relationships. - Partner with Planning, Replenishment and Supply Chain teams to deliver the best customer outcomes. - Monitor sales performance and use data to make informed buying decisions. - Support the delivery of category sales, margin and stock targets. - Contribute to sustainability initiatives, incorporating lower-impact materials where possible. - Collaborate with the wider Buying team to continually evolve and strengthen the category. What success looks like: - You consistently identify emerging trends and translate them into commercially successful products our customers love. - Your assortment delivers strong sales, margin and sell-through performance. - You build trusted relationships with suppliers, sourcing new products and negotiating great commercial outcomes. - You use customer insights and data to make confident buying decisions that drive category growth. - You collaborate seamlessly with Planning, Replenishment, Design and Supply Chain to deliver the right product at the right time. - You contribute fresh ideas, challenge the status quo and help evolve our Accessories & Footwear category. The Procurement Director for the Biologics Category will be responsible for leading end-to-end Biologics raw material procurement strategy and execution for New Product Pipeline and Launch & Grow products. The Director will deliver high-impact team and organizational goals related to cost efficiency, risk management, innovation, and sustainability in support of J&J's business growth and objectives. As an inspiring procurement leader and subject matter expert, this role will partner closely across Supply Chain functions, as well as R&D and other senior stakeholders, to advise on sourcing decisions, supply base shaping, and supplier performance.
