• Track database set-up, testing, maintenance and data entry • Communicate with clients, project teams and vendors on data management matters • Review study documents, design and develop project specific guidelines and instructions • Design eCRF, Data Management and Data Validation Plans and test EDC databases • Ensure data entry, follow-up and validation, including manual CRF review and SAE reconciliation • Code medical data • Track and report metrics leading to database lock • Coordinate the processing, dispatch and archiving of CRFs/queries • Maintain Clinical Data Management working files • Perform database QC checks, prepare and attend audits • Train site staff and project teams on CRF completion and data management topics

• Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase, provide historical cost data, assist in development of annual contractor purchase orders • Manage internal project budget / schedule of values within project management software, for monthly financial reporting on multiple New Builds and Retrofit projects on campus • Manage external project budget and communications within external project management software including commitment management, change management, document control, etc. • Manages monthly forecasts and cash flows, understand forecast variances, develop monthly executive reports • Manage monthly vendor invoice review process within invoicing software, including project management review, 3rd party auditing services, and communication with Accounts Payable • Responsible for accurate quarterly accrual reporting for all existing PO's on campus, including communication with vendors and Finance • Facilitate change order routing and review processes within project management software, content analysis, and executive approval as required • Review project financial health with management team each month (via dashboards, budget software, schedule comparisons, productivity reports, etc.) • Management of Internal and Contractor Risk Register update & contingency evaluation • Financial closeout of internal budgets, Vendor POs, etc. • Work closely with Site Scheduler to compare financial forecasts and risks that are in alignment with schedule updates • Assistance with programmatic initiatives, training, and alignment opportunities • Line manages approximately 3-5 staff overseeing multiple data center locations • QAQC all deliverables and ensure all timelines are met. • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

You set the architecture, engineering practices, and quality bar; agents do almost 100% of coding • Own the pipelines that reliably move clinical (FHIR/EHR), claims (EDI 837/834/820), pharmacy, financial, operational, and internal data through Dagster, dbt, and BigQuery • Build new pathways for data in and out, structured and unstructured: state and payer feeds, vendor SFTP drops, partner APIs, regulatory exports, CMS audit deliverables, plus call recordings, visit notes, faxes, and scanned records that live outside any system of record today • Build and evolve a metadata layer that guides humans and agents: a catalog of what data exists and what it means, and a semantic layer on top so every dashboard, analyst, and agent is querying the same definition of “member,” “risk score,” and “cost of care” • Turn data into decisions: ship the metrics, dashboards, and insights that clinicians, operators, finance, and regulators rely on; measure success in decisions made faster and outcomes improved • Own the analytics behind risk adjustment and clinical quality: HCC/RAF capture, care gap closure, quality measure reporting, and the burden-of-illness view that connects clinical documentation to financial performance • Build the intelligence layer for the company: capture what happens on every call, visit, and meeting through agents and recordings, and turn it into structured signal instead of knowledge that lives in someone’s head — then use it to give leadership proactive, org-level visibility into what’s breaking before anyone has to ask • Lead the data team: hire and manage a mix of internal and external resources, set data roadmap, quality standards, and PHI/security posture
