• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data architecture for the new platform • Architect scalable data platforms supporting daily operations, clinical management, reporting, and analytics • Leverage AI technology to design the system, develop the system, and maximize efficiency of operations • Design and maintain enterprise data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical data architectures • Define and implement data integration patterns across Microsoft Dynamics, EHR/EMR systems, claims systems, and third-party applications • Design and oversee ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, validate, and distribute data across enterprise systems • Establish data governance standards, metadata management practices, data quality frameworks, and master data management strategies • Collaborate with Engineering teams to design modern cloud-based data solutions leveraging Azure data services • Architect data lake, data warehouse, and data mart solutions to support reporting and advanced analytics needs • Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, HITRUST, privacy, security, commercial, and regulatory requirements • Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutions • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and architectures
- Strong experience with the Python language
- Extensive experience with Azure Data Platform technologies, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Functions, Power Platform, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Databricks
- Strong experience designing data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and enterprise reporting platforms
- Strong experience creating and utilizing HTTP web service APIs, webhooks, and GraphQL
- Deep understanding of data modeling methodologies, including dimensional modeling, normalized designs, and modern analytical data structures
- Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale ETL/ELT solutions
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data integration technologies, APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with healthcare data standards and operational healthcare datasets
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, metadata management, and master data management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must live in the continental United States only
