Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector • Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing needs • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings • Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends • Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience • Provide training and support to dealerships on the use of financing solutions and services • Monitor dealership conditions and performance • Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Monitor the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends
Job Requirements
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (various sectors)
- Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and external partners at various levels within the organization
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage deadlines
- Strong negotiation and collection skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections required
- Valid driver’s license required for this position

• Own and manage relationships with an assigned book of current Configure One customers • Drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities to consistently grow ARR • Understand customer business goals and align Configure One capabilities to deliver measurable value • Identify expansion use cases across licenses, modules, services, and add-ons • Deliver product demonstrations and business value presentations via web and occasional in-person meetings • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact, coordinating with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support • Manage forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene within your customer portfolio • Proactively mitigate churn risk and address objections related to value, adoption, and ROI • Consistently meet or exceed quota for renewal and expansion bookings • Use AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve
• Act as a key resource for physicians, hospital staff, and purchasing contacts regarding product usage, availability, and procedural support. • Deliver intraoperative case coverage and technical support during embolization coil procedures and related neurovascular interventions. • Support the execution of the territory’s strategic sales plan by assisting with customer outreach, product in-services, and field-based initiatives aimed at expanding product adoption. • Identify and help develop new business opportunities and sales leads by engaging with clinical stakeholders and participating in account development activities. • Educate clinicians, nurses, and technicians on Kaneka’s product indications, handling, procedural techniques, and clinical outcomes through hands-on and in-service training. • Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform territory strategy and support sales planning efforts. • Represent Kaneka at regional conferences, physician workshops, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and support educational initiatives. • Assist with clinical trial efforts by recognizing potential patient cases and coordinating with the clinical affairs team to support enrollment. • Manage rep stock inventory in the field, ensuring compliance with company policies for handling, tracking, and traceability. • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Manager to implement targeted account growth strategies and product rollout plans. • Partner with the Marketing team to support educational initiatives that accelerate adoption of Kaneka’s neurovascular technologies among physicians and healthcare professionals. • Works in accordance with quality system procedures.
