Role Description The Digital Marketing / Communications Manager is responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing and communications programs across a diverse portfolio of platforms. This role plays a critical support function in delivering integrated internal and external communications strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable impact. As a senior team member, this role provides project leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and alignment across initiatives. The Lead combines advanced platform expertise, structured project management, and data-driven decision-making to deliver high-quality, impactful digital experiences. Qualifications - BS/BA degree and 6 years of experience, Master’s degree preferred with 4 years of experience, or Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience managing and supporting complex digital marketing campaigns or projects across multiple channels. - Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. - Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, programmatic, etc.). - Proven ability to mentor or guide team members and contribute to team development. - Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle management, ad operations, and performance metrics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business or client needs.
