Travel Large Loss Property Adjuster – Field Estimating
Allstate
• Review and comply with all individual State requirements • Travel to loss sites and conduct thorough inspections of properties • Write accurate estimates utilizing Xactimate • Adjust reserves throughout the claim handling process • Settle claims promptly and fairly • Utilize advanced video technology for remote collaboration • Communicate empathetically with customers • Negotiate claim settlements with established methodologies • Handle claims in various environments, including virtual platforms
Job Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience writing fire & water damage estimates preferred
- Experience of handling large loss claims
- Previous experience as a property adjuster
- Proficiency in estimating software like Xactimate preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements
- Must reside within 50 miles of any major airport
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
