• Develop, enhance and maintain features of the Optimus platform, a SaaS product focused on facilities management, maintenance and operations. • Maintain and evolve web applications built with ASP.NET WebForms. • Develop and maintain backend functionality using .NET / C#. • Support the construction, maintenance and integration of platform APIs and services. • Work on performance, stability, security and usability improvements for the system. • Participate in technical analysis of requests, requirements refinement and solution definition together with Product, QA, Customer Success and Data teams. • Support bug fixes, incident investigations and analysis of production behavior. • Work with relational databases, primarily SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, adjustments and performance analysis. • Contribute to technical organization, code quality, version control and engineering best practices. • Support the gradual evolution of the platform architecture, considering the context of an operational SaaS product.

• Develop high-quality software using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Azure Functions, Docker, and Kubernetes; • Use AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as an active part of the development workflow — for code generation, review and refactoring, debugging, and accelerating deliveries; • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle; • Design and maintain integrations with Azure services (Service Bus, SignalR, Key Vault, Cognitive Search); • Build tools and applications using clear, efficient code; • Automate tasks using appropriate scripting languages and tooling; • Review and debug code; • Execute validation and verification tests; • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to fix and improve products; • Document development phases and monitor systems; • Ensure software remains up to date with the latest technologies.

• Build and enhance scalable Golang microservices to power eligibility, coverage, billing, and client-facing systems. • Automate and streamline operational workflows, helping to reduce manual data handling and improve the accuracy and availability of member and client data. • Design and deliver self-service tools that allow finance, operations, and client teams to manage processes and configurations independently, reducing reliance on engineering. • Ensure member, client, and operational data is accurate, consistent, and traceable, supporting both internal decision-making and external reporting. • Work with data and AI teams to explore opportunities to apply AI to data validation, process automation, and anomaly detection. • Contribute to client-facing APIs that enable seamless data exchange between Virta and our customers.

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy and build novel products and features that our users will love. • Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be reviewing code and design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks. • Continuously learn and improve your technical and non-technical abilities.
