In this full-time role, you are responsible for delivering accurate, professional title reports while maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires evaluating risk and liabilities in accordance with policy provisions and providing final title products based on verified facts and documentation. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - 3+ years of title search and exam experience, predominantly in Wisconsin and general Title industry knowledge. - Detail-oriented and customer service focused with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills. - Familiar with industry concepts, practices, procedures and associated risks and liabilities. - Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft applications and other industry-related software required to perform job duties.
