Role Description Bring your energy to Aggreko as PMO Manager based in Houston, TX. You’ll lead the establishment and operational execution of the Project Management Office, ensuring consistent project delivery, process adherence, and resource optimization across major long-term power projects, including data center solutions. What you’ll do as PMO Manager: - Manage a team of Project Managers and technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects, working closely with Engineering and Operations leads under the Head of Projects. - PMO governance: define, implement, and maintain the Project Management Office, standards, processes, and governance framework for all projects in scope, drawing upon global best practices (e.g., from LAM/AUSPAC PMOs for large, long-term projects). - Project oversight & delivery: directly oversee a portfolio of long-term microgrid projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Provide hands-on support and guidance to Project Managers in the execution of their projects, particularly for complex datacenter and gas generation initiatives. - Resource management: manage and allocate Project Management resources (including Project Managers and PM technicians) effectively across various projects, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill sets are in place to meet project demands. Work with the Head of Projects to identify and address resource gaps. - Process improvement & standardization: drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates. Ensure consistent application of BOM, Labor, and Procurement planning methodologies, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize project delivery workflows. Qualifications - 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a PMO leadership or senior project management role within the power generation, microgrid, or long-term energy projects sector. - Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing a Project Management Office (PMO) for complex, large-scale infrastructure projects. - Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and project delivery staff. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ideally with exposure to datacenter projects. - Proficiency in project management software, tools, and methodologies (e.g., PMP or similar certification is a plus). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Coordinate installation of Aristocrat software and hardware products at customer locations, delivering projects on time, on budget and to the required specifications • Interact directly with customers and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle • Verify project scope, confirming the customer’s needs and current systems operations • Develop a firm timetable for gaming software installation, discuss the project plan, establish meeting dates, and project landmarks • Conduct weekly project meetings either onsite or via conference calls • Balance multiple projects simultaneously • Prioritize and establish team schedules during planning and execution of a project • Prepare status reports for the Aristocrat Interactive Stakeholders Executive team outlining achievement completion or project roadblocks • Regularly report on the project status to include, but not limited to. hours used, open issues, project risks, project status, etc • Identify lessons learned from project implementations and propose recommendations and workable solutions • Complete all required project updates and administrative paperwork within established EMO SLAs • Work with assigned team members to drive cross-functional execution of projects from initiation to closure • Document project achievements, team member tasks and project completion in Adobe Workfront • Function as liaison between the Aristocrat Interactive team and property contacts • Resolve problems that occur during the project life cycle

• The Project Quality Specialist is responsible for developing and executing standardization of manufacturing quality enablers. • Must be a creative problem solver, proactive and steadfast in the identification and resolution vehicle quality. • The Engineer will have experience in managing cross-functionally and possess a broad knowledge of the entire automotive engineering, manufacturing and quality landscape and present outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. • Performing root cause analysis of quality issues • Recommending and implement cost-effective permanent corrective actions. • Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators. • Manage engineering changes working with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution. • Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process change before full implementation and will be the point of contact for engineering quality and all product-related incidents. • Ensure the delivery of third-party quality metrics. • Plan, prioritize, set goals and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment. • Support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership. • Establish partnerships both internally and externally. • Represent the Voice of the Customer to the platform teams and contribute or drive team success by clarifying expectation and minimizing political hurdles. • Audit of vehicle assembly plants
