Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC©) required
- Registrations/Licensing: FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 and 65, required
- Life Insurance Licensing, preferred
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Proficiency in financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, Naviplan, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite

Role Description C&W Services, a division of Cushman & Wakefield, is the industry leader in Integrated Maintenance Solutions. We are looking for an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM software at our location! - Measure and publish facility’s PI metrics to the management team; interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations based on findings. - Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as; manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure information. - Develop and maintain accuracy of Work Order related data: Adding Equipment to PM Plans, Schedules, and Work Packages, Defining Scheduled due dates or initial meter points of system generated WOs. - Develop and maintain FC specific PM Plans, Schedules, Routes, and Work Packages. - Support management in the review of WO Data accuracy such as; Equipment on WOs, Booked Hours (Employee and Vendors), parts usage, WO type, closing codes and WO Comments. - Support management in the scheduling and assigning of work. Junior Traffic Management Planner, NZ

• Develop and prepare compliant Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), drawings, and supporting documentation in accordance with NZTA CoPTTM, NZGTTM, local authority requirements, and current New Zealand traffic management legislation using RapidPlan, myTTM, and other industry-standard tools. • Manage the full TMP workflow from job request through submission, including interpreting job briefings, preparing site-specific plans, lodging applications via council portals (including MyWorkSites where applicable), and tracking revisions, RFIs, and resubmissions. • Deliver practical, safe, and high-quality traffic management solutions that protect road users, workers, and the public while minimising disruption and meeting authority, contractor, and client approval requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams, supervisors, field staff, clients, and operational divisions (including civil works and tree services) to clarify requirements, resolve compliance and design queries, and ensure plans are implementable on site. • Handle a high-volume workload of approximately 15–20 TMP applications per week, balancing both small and large projects while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and turnaround times. • Apply internal risk assessment and profiling processes, maintain strong knowledge of NZTA CoPTTM, NZGTTM, local authority traffic management requirements, and safety regulations, and stay up to date with changes to legislation, systems, and industry practices. • Support continuous improvement by assisting with onboarding and training for new systems and compliance requirements, contributing to workflow and template enhancements, and providing guidance to junior team members as required.
