Role Description Als Business Development Representative (BDR) bist du der erste Kontaktpunkt für Unternehmen, die ihre Innovations- und Investitionsprojekte mit staatlicher Förderung voranbringen möchten. Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, sprichst Entscheider in innovativen Unternehmen an und legst den Grundstein für erfolgreiche Kundenbeziehungen. - Du identifizierst Unternehmen mit Innovations- und Investitionsprojekten und sprichst gezielt neue potenzielle Kunden an. - Du trittst telefonisch mit Entscheidern auf C-Level in Kontakt und eröffnest den Dialog über Fördermöglichkeiten und Beratungsleistungen. - Du vereinbarst qualifizierte Erstgespräche für unser Team und legst damit den Grundstein für neue Kundenprojekte. - Du entwickelst eine nachhaltige Sales-Pipeline durch strukturierte Recherche und konsequente Nachverfolgung von Kontakten. - Du nutzt unser CRM-System, um Aktivitäten zu dokumentieren und den Überblick über deine Leads zu behalten. Qualifications - Du hast Freude daran, mit Menschen zu sprechen und neue Kontakte aufzubauen. - Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenkontakt oder Business Development ist von Vorteil – aber kein Muss. - Du arbeitest strukturiert und verlierst auch bei mehreren Kontakten nicht den Überblick. - Du trittst selbstbewusst auf und kannst Gespräche klar und überzeugend führen. - Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Themen, Innovation oder Technologie. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
