Territory Manager
MDWerks Inc.
• play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product • responsible for educating healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product • building trusted customer relationships • driving product adoption • achieving territory sales performance goals • develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines • analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity • maintain accurate territory reporting, and CRM documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
- Prior launch experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals strong customer relationships
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
