Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience designing and drafting quantitative survey questionnaires.
- Strong survey programming experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, or comparable platforms.
- Proficiency with survey logic, branching, quotas, randomization, and QA testing.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, crosstabs, and data cleaning techniques.
- Experience analyzing large-scale survey datasets.
- Working knowledge of SPSS, R, or similar statistical analysis tools.
- Experience developing research reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Role Description Under the overall guidance of a research manager, the consultant will perform the following tasks: - Collate and evaluate research evidence - Undertake complex statistical analysis - Prepare briefing notes, technical documents, working papers and contribute (analysis and writing) to office publications - Present the results of analysis to technical and non-technical audiences - Provide expert advice and analysis to UNICEF offices related to the use of research and evidence related to comparative international studies at Innocenti Each contract offered under the LTA may either be based on days or deliverables.
