Job Description

Senior Manager, Hospital Services Strategy and Operations

DaVita Kidney Care

• Drive the overarching growth agenda for DaVita's inpatient dialysis and apheresis businesses • Own the development and delivery of comprehensive marketing and partnership strategies for long-term revenue expansion • Direct critical external partnerships and agencies to execute the annual marketing strategy • Identify high-value opportunities by synthesizing complex market data and collaborating across teams • Define and evolve the Hospital Services value proposition based on market insights • Manage growth analytics functions and present insights to senior leadership • Lead strategic partnerships, including negotiation and ongoing relationship management • Manage and develop at least one Senior Analyst, fostering team performance and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Strategic leadership experience within hospital services or similar healthcare environment
  • Experience with marketing strategy and partnership management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce or similar data tools
  • Ability to cultivate strategic alliances with healthcare organizations
  • Experience managing and developing team members
  • Deep market insights and competitive intelligence background
  • Must be fluent in English.
