Responsible for overseeing the execution of rebar projects from the set-up phase through completion. - Provide total contract management of each project assigned, including coordination of the detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs of products and services. - Oversee the customer and project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly. - Communicate with customers regarding project details involving detailing, fabrication and delivery issues. - Review rebar shop drawings and direct the revision of drawings as needed. - Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and production team. - Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that may occur. - Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the support of the organization. Qualifications - Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. - Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. - Certification is required in some areas. Requirements - Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience. - 2+ years of project management experience and 1+ year of construction project management experience. - Basic knowledge of AutoCad or MicroStation. - Ability to read & understand structural & architectural drawings. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills combined with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment - Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. - Regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights. - Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. - Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds). - Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Project Manager to join our Professional Services (PS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the governance and end-to-end execution of PS projects using Cloudflare solutions for our customers. Serving as the primary bridge between sales, technical delivery teams, and executive stakeholders, you will ensure that sophisticated cybersecurity and networking solutions are deployed on-time, within budget. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in professional services, SaaS industry experience, and a proven track record in project management and customer relationship management. Role Description The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Prosperity Now and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the organization’s financial records and reporting. This hands-on role oversees the month-end and year-end close processes, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and compliance with applicable accounting standards, grant and contract requirements, and organizational policies. Reporting to the CFO, the Finance and Accounting Manager serves as a key financial partner to Finance, Business Development, and Program staff, supporting budgeting, forecasting, grant and contract financial management, and internal and external financial reporting. The role provides oversight of restricted grant accounting, cost allocations, financial compliance, and the development and maintenance of strong internal controls. The Finance and Accounting Manager also plays an important role in strengthening the organization’s financial infrastructure by improving accounting processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring that financial information is accurate, accessible, and useful for decision-making.
