• Create, process, and manage purchase orders within NetSuite • Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment needs • Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, confirm deliveries, and resolve supply issues • Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and supplier records within the ERP system • Track purchase orders from creation through receipt and ensure timely updates • Partner with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to support inventory accuracy and material availability • Track outgoing shipments, resolve customs-related issues, and ensure on-time delivery to customers • Monitor lead times and communicate potential supply chain risks or delays to internal stakeholders • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency across purchasing and inventory processes • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams located at Waites World HQ in Cincinnati, Ohio • Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives

• Own the design and improvement of analytical tools, planning workflows, dashboards, and system-enabled processes that support demand, supply, inventory, and operations decisions. • Build predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models for forecasting, inventory risk, supply constraints, service performance, and exception detection using AI, automation, and self-service solutions to drive decision quality and speed. • Perform exploratory analysis, root-cause analysis, data validation, feature development, and performance measurement to support business solutions. • Develop scenario and simulation models to quantify tradeoffs across service, cost, inventory, and risk. • Translate supply chain and business problems into scalable analytical solutions embedded in processes and systems. • Partner with IT, planning, operations, and finance teams to improve data flows, reporting structures, planning system outputs, and analytical tools used throughout our planning processes. • Clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, recommendations, and business insights. • Improve data quality, metric consistency, and analytical rigor across the planning organization.

• Help improve next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world insights into logistics processes and industry-standard documentation. • Review, analyze, and validate logistics documents for accuracy, completeness, and industry compliance. • Create and annotate sample logistics documents demonstrating best practices in supply chain management. • Evaluate existing supply chain workflows and recommend practical process improvements. • Provide structured feedback on logistics scenarios, emphasizing document quality and workflow efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to clarify logistics concepts. • Participate in quality assurance activities by reviewing logistics datasets used for AI training. • Contribute to the development of reference materials and training resources reflecting modern supply chain operations.
