Digital Consulting Associate, Oracle Cloud Projects

Huron

• Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Projects, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery • Partner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design • Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support • Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions • Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus
  • Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus
  • Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare or higher education industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

Role Description The global cement sector is responsible for around 8% of global CO2 emissions and our team is dedicated to decarbonizing this sector. The Senior Program Associate will join the Cement and Building Materials Team in guiding, growing, and administering Global Industry Hub’s (GIH) grantmaking portfolio. GIH is fiscally sponsored by the ClimateWorks Foundation. The Senior Associate will spend their time on program administration activities, grantmaking, communication with grantees, reporting and tracking of grants, refining our decarbonization strategy, and organizing convenings for our global grantees and leading industry experts. The Senior Program Associate will increasingly act as a subject matter expert representing the Global Industry Hub and be a key point of contact for work related to cement and concrete.
