Role Description Our team is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Luxury Concierge to join us! This role plays a critical part in creating unforgettable travel experiences by supporting our luxury travel advisors and ensuring smooth bookings and services for our clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to seamless travel itineraries, from pre-booking through final quality checks. You Will: - Pre-Booking & Confirmation: - Build itineraries to UJV standards and act as the main client contact post-booking. - Provide essential travel details (guides, packing lists, visas). - Manage client inquiries via email and phone to ensure prompt, accurate resolution. - Concierge Services: - Work alongside the Luxury Travel Advisor to coordinate personalized travel arrangements, including excursions, transfers, dining, spa treatments, and other itinerary specializations. - Ensure all bookings align with client preferences and update itineraries as needed. - Quality Control: - Perform multiple quality checks on all bookings (flights, accommodations, transfers) to ensure accuracy and a smooth guest experience. - Prepare and deliver final travel documents to clients or advisors. - Service-First Approach: - Maintain a service-first mindset, staying up-to-date with travel recommendations and ensuring every client request is addressed efficiently to meet or exceed expectations. - Project & Document Management: - Keep travel guides, vendor databases, and additional resources like dining guides up-to-date, contributing to enhanced client experiences and maintaining service excellence. - Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager and/or their designees. Qualifications - 2+ years of luxury travel experience, whether through a luxury agency or a DMC (Destination Management Company). - Native English fluency, both written and spoken, with excellent email etiquette. - Experience using reservation management systems as well as Google Drive applications (Doc, Sheets, etc). - Detail-oriented, with a passion for managing intricate bookings and travel logistics. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a service-first mindset. Role Description The global cement sector is responsible for around 8% of global CO2 emissions and our team is dedicated to decarbonizing this sector. The Senior Program Associate will join the Cement and Building Materials Team in guiding, growing, and administering Global Industry Hub’s (GIH) grantmaking portfolio.
