Open Subjects (High School Level) - Subject 1: AP Computer Science A - Subject 2: AP Cybersecurity Class Schedule (Eastern Time) - Option 1: Sun / Tue / Thu Or Mon/ Wed/Fri, 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM - Option 2: Mon / Wed/Fri Or Mon/ Tue / Thu, 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM Flexible Commitment - No upper limit. Teaching hours depend on teacher availability within the schedule options above. • Delivering a world-class technical training experience to our controls-upgrade customers • Customizing training material to meet customer objectives and target audience • Customizing simulation software to site-specific application along with class workshops and labs • Interacting with customers, training coordinators, project managers, project engineers and other functions • Reporting to the global customer training leader to deliver quality training for CSS customers • Oversight of technical advising of field services & mobilization for critical Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) • Ensuring adequate training equipment, manuals and tools are available for each class • Compliance with customer and GE HSE policy when delivering training onsite or at the GE facility • Timely reporting of risks related to incomplete software, delayed shipments, and site hazardous conditions • Mentoring junior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
