Role Description Identify and resolve operational issues in line with agreed standards, always looking for smarter, AI-driven improvements and starting with the question: “Why can’t we use AI here?” - The role may also include supporting DNS and WAF areas, including working with the client to review and adjust Cloudflare configurations, DNS records, WAF rules, and related security or traffic management settings. - Work with modern DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise) and actively leverage AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve productivity and quality. - Operate with an AI-as-DNA mindset - staying curious, integrating AI into daily workflows, and driving automation across network operations and infrastructure management. - Own network infrastructure lifecycle activities (design, implementation, monitoring, optimization) and ensure clear reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes and deployments.
