Proposal Specialist

• Coordinate the planning, development, production, and submission of federal proposals • Review solicitations and evaluation criteria to ensure proposal compliance • Lead proposal activities including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and final delivery • Develop proposal content by translating technical information into client-focused narratives • Prepare and coordinate SF330 submissions • Support proposals across a broad range of federal services • Partner with program leadership, capture managers, and technical teams • Conduct client, competitor, and market research • Collaborate with technical staff and project managers • Ensure proposal quality through document management and adherence to client submission requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting federal proposals within the architecture, engineering, environmental consulting, or professional services industry
  • Experience preparing SF330 Architect-Engineer qualifications packages and responding to federal RFQs, RFPs, task orders, and similar procurement opportunities
  • Working knowledge of federal procurement processes, solicitation requirements, and proposal compliance
  • Excellent written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign or comparable desktop publishing software

Role Description ADR Wellness, located in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient mental health team. This position will be remote in California, preferably near the San Diego/Carlsbad area. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care and medication management to outpatient clients. This is a contract/1099 position with compensation based on a 60/40 split. The ideal candidate will be available as needed. - Conduct initial and ongoing psychiatric and physical status based on the presenting symptoms and complaints, establish patient diagnoses, and manage medications for clients in an outpatient setting. - Document clients’ medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and outcomes for assigned clients. - Prescribe medications according to approved formulary. - Educate clients and family members about mental health and medical conditions, preventive health measures, medications, and treatment plans. - Administer and review tests in a timely manner on site that might impact the provision of treatment services, including TB, HIV, Hepatitis, drug and alcohol testing. - Perform services according to clinical and timeliness guidelines. - Meet quality expectations of accuracy, completeness, and responsiveness to feedback. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, psychologists, dietitians, and therapists to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
