Role Description Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Android Developer, with a strong understanding of Android app architecture and design patterns. - Proven experience leading and mentoring Android developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their growth. - Proficiency in Kotlin and strong knowledge of Android Jetpack components, including LiveData and ViewModel. - Experience in reviewing pull requests and ensuring code quality through constructive feedback. - Ability to collaborate effectively with solution architects on API implementation details and integration with Android applications. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose optimal technical solutions. - Experience in participating in requirement refinement and technical design sessions. - Familiarity with GraphQL, AppSync, or other AWS technologies (Lambda, CloudWatch, Kibana) is a plus. - Experience in managing releases to the Google Play Store and familiarity with the submission process. - Proficiency in monitoring application performance using tools like New Relic or similar.
