• Join as a Senior Software Engineer on the ‘Core’ team of ‘Order Engineering’ group. • Own key parts of Olo’s platform, including baskets, orders, checkout, promotions, and capacity management. • Guide technical decisions and improve platform reliability and scalability. • Contribute hands-on code and mentor other engineers. • Ensure implementation of high-quality and scalable distributed systems. • Lead troubleshooting and incident management efforts. • Advocate for improvements in development practices.

• Support the scoping, planning, estimation, and contracting of customer implementation services for XTEL platform programs • Ensure technical best practices, reference architectures, implementation patterns, and reusable assets are applied consistently across implementations • Drive adoption of the standardized unified core template-based model to support low TCO, high maintainability, and rapid TTM • Produce, maintain, and evolve technical implementation methodology and training programs • Coach partner resources and delivery teams in a technical delivery assurance capacity • Support pre-sales and services teams in shaping implementation scope and technical delivery assumptions • Contribute to effort estimates for technical workstreams including data migration, integrations, interfaces, technical configuration, and environment-related activities • Help define phased delivery plans, technical work packages, dependencies, and staffing assumptions • Provide technical input into statements of work, project plans, and implementation contracting discussions

• The Principal Engineer, Tooling is responsible for new tooling for new products and supporting product improvements through adherence to good engineering and documentation practices. • Lead, maintain timeline and budget, support and manage tooling & molding projects. • Liaise with the Molding Engineer, Production, Quality, and Maintenance. • Monitor and coach junior level engineers. • Work on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.

• Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases. • Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk. • Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic. • Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release. • Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale. • Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, learn and improve.
