Staff Product Manager, Equity Foundations

Ledgy

• Define the vision and strategy for the heart of our product (transactions & effects, equity types, trading), in collaboration with product and engineering leadership • Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring our equity and cap table management to the next level so that finance and legal teams can trust their equity data is accurate and compliant • Run discovery to develop deep expertise in equity structures across Ledgy's core markets • Collaborate with product leadership on strategy, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with longer-term platform investments • Partner with Design, Engineering, and SMEs to write clear specifications and manage delivery in an agile setting • Contribute to Ledgy's PM best practices, and model high AI fluency, using AI tools to move faster and work smarter across research, documentation, and delivery • Define and track success metrics for your team's initiatives, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with broader product KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with significant time spent in enterprise-facing roles
  • Understand financial systems and compliance frameworks
  • Have scaled complex products across jurisdictions in regulated or compliance heavy spaces (e.g. banking, payroll, etc). You don’t shy away from detailed legal documentation and specs
  • Are a fast learner and have a strong technical understanding and passion to solve deep problems
  • Think horizontally, can easily spot dependencies and seek opportunities to improve the platform holistically
  • Experience owning third-party integrations (APIs, partner platforms, broker connectivity)
  • Are genuinely excited about startups: you move fast, adapt quickly, and bring energy and ownership to your work even when things are ambiguous
  • Are well-versed in AI tools and apply them actively to increase your speed and the quality of your output. You're forward-thinking about how AI changes the way PMs work
  • Have a strong sense of accountability, ownership and outstanding solution focus
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, and in the room with senior enterprise stakeholders; fluent in English.

Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of critical payment and blockchain-related infrastructure, including an On/Off-Ramp Aggregator and a Custody/Crypto Processing Aggregator. This role requires strong product ownership across provider integrations, configuration management, transaction flows, and operational tooling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with payment systems, blockchain transaction lifecycle, and exchange-grade deposit/withdrawal architecture. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment and custody aggregation products: discovery, specification, delivery, and rollout. - Design scalable aggregator architecture concepts together with engineering and architecture teams (configuration-first approach, multi-provider routing, failover logic). - Define integration requirements and coordinate implementation with external vendors (custody providers, on-ramp/off-ramp providers, banking/payment rails). - Define and maintain deposit/withdrawal transaction flows, including validation, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliation logic. - Own configuration management requirements: provider onboarding, fee models, limits, geo restrictions, routing rules, fallback scenarios. - Ensure proper observability and operational readiness: monitoring, alerts, transaction status tracking, error handling, and incident processes. - Define product requirements for compliance, risk, and fraud prevention (KYC handoff, AML rules, transaction screening requirements). - Maintain high-quality product documentation: PRDs, functional specs, flow diagrams, API requirements, and release notes. - Drive cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support. - Manage delivery roadmap, priorities, and execution scope in alignment with business needs. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, crypto, trading, payments, or digital products. - Experience with crypto exchanges, trading products, brokerage, fintech, or financial platforms is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of user acquisition, activation, retention, loyalty, and growth mechanics. - Experience working with referral programs, affiliate programs, reward systems, bonuses, VIP levels, or campaign management tools. - Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, business logic, and product documentation. - Strong analytical skills and ability to make product decisions based on data. - Understanding of key product and business metrics, such as conversion rate, retention, trading volume, CAC, LTV, referral conversion, reward cost, and campaign ROI. - Experience working with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Support, and Back Office. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Experience with anti-fraud logic for bonus abuse, referral abuse, multi-accounting, and reward farming. - Experience designing Back Office tools for campaign management and user operations. - Understanding of affiliate business models, commission sharing, CPA, revenue share, and hybrid payout models. - Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalized campaigns. - English level sufficient for writing product documentation and communicating with international teams.
