• Own the product growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization. • Design, prioritize, and execute experiments to improve key product and business metrics. • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, data, and leadership to deliver growth initiatives. • Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization. • Define product requirements, success metrics, and rollout strategies for new features. • Improve onboarding flows, subscription conversion, engagement loops, and user retention. • Work alongside performance marketing teams to optimize acquisition funnels and post-install experiences. • Monitor experiment results, iterate quickly, and scale successful initiatives. • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on growth or consumer products.
  • Experience driving measurable improvements across acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make product decisions based on data and experimentation.
  • Experience defining and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments.
  • Deep understanding of consumer product metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, engagement, LTV, and CAC.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, research, documentation, or decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of critical payment and blockchain-related infrastructure, including an On/Off-Ramp Aggregator and a Custody/Crypto Processing Aggregator. This role requires strong product ownership across provider integrations, configuration management, transaction flows, and operational tooling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with payment systems, blockchain transaction lifecycle, and exchange-grade deposit/withdrawal architecture. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment and custody aggregation products: discovery, specification, delivery, and rollout. - Design scalable aggregator architecture concepts together with engineering and architecture teams (configuration-first approach, multi-provider routing, failover logic). - Define integration requirements and coordinate implementation with external vendors (custody providers, on-ramp/off-ramp providers, banking/payment rails). - Define and maintain deposit/withdrawal transaction flows, including validation, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliation logic. - Own configuration management requirements: provider onboarding, fee models, limits, geo restrictions, routing rules, fallback scenarios. - Ensure proper observability and operational readiness: monitoring, alerts, transaction status tracking, error handling, and incident processes. - Define product requirements for compliance, risk, and fraud prevention (KYC handoff, AML rules, transaction screening requirements). - Maintain high-quality product documentation: PRDs, functional specs, flow diagrams, API requirements, and release notes. - Drive cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support. - Manage delivery roadmap, priorities, and execution scope in alignment with business needs.
