Demodesk

Demodesk is the AI that does the job, not the AI that tells you what to do. For ten years, sales AI has handed dashboards to overwhelmed reps and called it transformation. We built something different: AI agents that join every sales conversation, update the CRM, send the follow-ups, coach reps after every call, and flag deals at risk before they slip. Founded in Munich in 2018 and backed by $15M from Balderton, Y Combinator, and the founders of HubSpot and Pipedrive, we serve 300+ customers and 20,000+ sales professionals across Europe, including Porsche, Bosch, Treatwell, OMR, and Enpal. GDPR-native, ISO 27001 certified, EU-only data. We are still small enough that everyone's fingerprints are on the product.

Role Description As a Full Stack Developer at Demodesk, you will play a critical role in shaping our platform and enhancing our customers' experiences. You will work closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams to design and implement new features that directly impact our users. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development and JavaScript frameworks. - Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or very high proficiency in similar backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Laravel) and high proficiency in Vue.js for at least the last 3 years. - Experience with database performance optimization (Postgres) and basic web application security. - Proven ability to design scalable, efficient solutions using modern web technologies. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English. - Your timezone is between UTC+0 and UTC+5. Requirements - Proficiency in all parts of our main stack: Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, and TypeScript. - Experience and interest in working with Golang. - Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Interest in modern AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG) and their applications. - Basic German skills. - Your timezone is between UTC+0 and UTC+3. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Benefits - Join a team creating cutting-edge LLM-based AI intelligence to deliver personalized coaching and insights from thousands of hours of meeting transcripts. - Take ownership of your projects with opportunities to influence product direction and technical decisions. - Enjoy a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on learning, transparency, and results. - Benefit from developer-friendly tools and practices like CI/CD, robust test coverage, and powerful development environments. - Work from our modern Munich office or remotely from wherever you thrive, with flexible working arrangements. - Enjoy perks like competitive compensation, equity packages, and team events such as Oktoberfest, ski trips, and more.
