Job Description

Associate Clinical Director

Arc Partnership

• In addition to providing therapy services, the Associate Clinical Director partners with the Clinical Director and practice leadership team to support ethical, compliant, and high-quality care in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory and professional standards. • Serve as an operational leader focused on provider onboarding, supervision support, clinician development, training delivery, and follow-through on quality improvement initiatives established by Clinical Leadership. • Train new clinicians on documentation principles, clinical standards, and organizational policies and conduct ongoing performance reviews. • Provide individual and peer coaching to clinicians to support professional growth, clinical excellence, and ethical practice. • Ensure compliance with BBS standards for supervision, ethical practice, and clinical documentation in conjunction with Clinical Director and Leadership team. • Provide therapy services to a caseload of clients, maintaining a clinical caseload of 12-15 clients per week.

Job Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a therapist in the state of California.
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision and team management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Dedication to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • Knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
